Well, I'm glad someone likes it! I got an email saying it would be shut down because it has been inactive for so long, a far cry from its heyday when it would be a hive of activity- sometimes as many as 3 posts in one day!

You may wonder whether I come here every day just in case someone has posted something here, but I actually get e-mails saying 'someone has posted on the Eagle's Nest' or something to that effect. I get curious, I come along. It's always worth the visit, just for the pink.

I was so proud of the emoticons on this board, it came with a lot and I uploaded some, but on my computer it takes too long to load them all for me to bother seeing just how many there are.

Ha ha, it was worth it though! Aside from the vintage one (I really wish I had saved all of those old Townhall ones, I think they are adorable!) I rather like the one with the red eyes and bubbles coming out of its head.
